Black Pepper Fettucine






A broad pasta, chewy and tasty, cooked with meat of sukiyaki and combine with the spicy of black pepper and green bell pepper make the pasta full of taste.

Ingredients :
250grams fettucine pasta, boiled until 3/4 cooked, lift and drain
2 tablespoon cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped finely
100 grams green bell pepper, chopped rough
100 grams sukiyaki meat, slices
2 teaspoon black pepper seed, smashed
3 tablespoon BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
Direction :
- saute garlic till get the fragrant
- enter green bell pepper cook until wilted
- enter sukiyaki meat, cook until stiff
- enter black pepper, BBQ sauce and salt, mix well
- enter fettucine pasta, mix well until blend with other ingredients
- lift then place into serving dish
- topped with parmesan cheese
- serve immediately

note : you can change the fettucine pasta with spaghetti pasta
