Ingredients :
8 pieces chicken breast @100 grams, without skin and bones
2 tablespoon cooking oil
Honey and Garlic Marinade, mix well :
60 ml honey
60 ml lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, smashed
2 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce
Direction :
- Marinate the chicken with Honey and Garlic Marinade, let it blend well. Then let it stand at least for 6 hours or over night in refrigerator.
- When want to grill it, coat the chicken with cooking oil than grilled it, cooked well both side of chicken then lift
- Place chicken in serving dish
- Serve Immediately
