How to boiled pasta






Sometimes really hard for us to boiled pasta. the result not always like we want, can be too cooked or maybe not cooked enough. so this is the right way to boiled our pasta

Ingredients :
- 3/4 water from the pot size
- pasta (spaghetti, fussily, fettucine, other pasta)
- 1-2 teaspoon salt
- 3-5 tablespoon cooking oil but I prefer olive oil

Direction :
- Boil the water
- Add salt and cooking oil / olive oil
- Add pasta, stir it, don't let it stick
- To test when the pasta is done, take one, It should be tender but still firm to the bite ("al dente," which means "to the tooth" in Italian). If you can still see a little ring of uncooked pasta in the center of the noodle, it needs another minute or so. But it will continue to cook a little after you remove it from the stove, so keep that in mind.
- When the pasta is done, remove the pot from the burner immediately and carefully pour the contents into a colander in the sink.
- Shake any excess water free over the sink
- If you want, use a couple of drops of olive oil to prevent the pasta from sticking; but if you're saucing the pasta, you really don't need to.



Zucchini Spaghetti






A sweet and crunchy zucchini and combined with the soft and fresh of eggplant make this pasta really delicious. tomatoes and BBQ sauce make this pasta being more delicious and being perfect choice for dinner.

Ingredients :
- 250 grams spaghetti, boiled until 3/4 cooked
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, chopped finely
- 50 grams onion, chopped rough
- 1 red tomato, slices thinly
- 200 grams zucchini, slices crosswise thinly
- 200 grams Japanese eggplant, slices thinly
- 4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 2 tablespoon BBQ sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100 ml water


Topping
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Direction :
- saute onion and garlic until wilted
- enter tomato, stir until wilted
- enter zucchini and eggplant, stir until wilted
- add seasoning and water, wait till boil
- enter spaghetti, mix well, till blend
- lift, place on serving dish, sprinkle parmesan
- serve immediately

Pizza Di Mare






Pizza topped with seafood, totally yummy, the combination between the topping and tomatoes from pizza sauce will give you extra sensation. you must try it.

Ingredients :
- prepare basic pizza dough from Basic Pizza Dough Recipe
- prepare pizza sauce from Pizza Sauce Recipe
- 50 grams Mozzarella cheese
- 15 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 2 grams garlic, chopped finely
- 2 grams parsley, chopped finely
- 30 grams squid slices crossewise
- 70 grams sea shell
- 110 grams shrimp, peeled, cut into pieces
- 90 grams scallop, cut into pieces

Direction :
- preheat the oven to 500F
- mix well : squid,sea shell,shrimp and scallop with virgin olive oil, garlic and parsley
- spread pizza sauce into dough pizza
- topped mozzarella cheese
- topped seafood
- bake it for 5-10 minutes until get golden brown color at pizza dough
- lift, slices, place in serving dish
- serve immediately

Pizza Calzone Napoletano



this classic pizza also known as the pants pizza because the look just like pants pocket. and for the topping this pizza use smoked beef, beef sausage, ricotta and mozzarella cheese with oregano for extra spicy make the taste more delicious.

Ingredients :
- basic pizza dough from basic pizza dough recipe, make it more thin than ussual
- pizza sauce from pizza sauce recipe
- 50 grams mozzarella cheese
- 25 grams ricotta cheese
- 15 grams parmesan cheese
- 30 grams smoked beef
- 30 grams beef sausage, slices thinly
- 2 grams dry oregano
- 15 ml virgin olive oil

Direction :
- prepare the dough
- spread pizza sauce on half side of dough
- topped smoked beef, beef sausage, ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheese on pizza sauce area
- fold it and form into half circle
- fold the edges up to tidy then if necessary, trim the edges with knife
- preheat the oven to 500 F
- bake it for 5 minutes until pizza skins blistered
- lift it then coat it with olive oil
- place on serving dish, serve immadiately

Black Pepper Fettucine






A broad pasta, chewy and tasty, cooked with meat of sukiyaki and combine with the spicy of black pepper and green bell pepper make the pasta full of taste.

Ingredients :
250grams fettucine pasta, boiled until 3/4 cooked, lift and drain
2 tablespoon cooking oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped finely
100 grams green bell pepper, chopped rough
100 grams sukiyaki meat, slices
2 teaspoon black pepper seed, smashed
3 tablespoon BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
Direction :
- saute garlic till get the fragrant
- enter green bell pepper cook until wilted
- enter sukiyaki meat, cook until stiff
- enter black pepper, BBQ sauce and salt, mix well
- enter fettucine pasta, mix well until blend with other ingredients
- lift then place into serving dish
- topped with parmesan cheese
- serve immediately

note : you can change the fettucine pasta with spaghetti pasta

200 grams lettuce, cut rough
2 red tomatoes, thinly sliced

Pizza Pepperoni Lovers


for you who loved pizza must know this kind of pizza, all people love pepperoni pizza. not just tasty, also easy to make.

Ingredients :
prepare the basic pizza dough based on basic pizza dough recipe
prepare the pizza sauce based on pizza sauce recipe
20-30 slices pepperoni (you can use beef or chicken pepperoni)
100 grams mozzarella cheese
a few parsley leaf, chopped well

Direction :
- preheat the oven to 500F
- spread the pizza sauce into the pizza dough
- topped 25-40 grams mozzarella cheese
- topped the pepperoni
- topped the rest of mozzarella cheese
- topped the chopped parsley leaf
- bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes till get golden brown color
- serve immediately

Indonesian Grilled Ribs



For you who crazy with beef ribs, you must try this one. A grilled ribs with Indonesian seasoning. rich of taste especially when eat with coleslaw and cayenne pepper sauce.

Ingredients :
2 pounds beef ribs, cut into 15-20 cm
2 bay leaf
1,5 liters of water

Seasoning, blend well :
5 cloves garlic
2 teaspoon salt

coating sauce :
150 ml soy sauce
1 tablespoon garlic, fried, blend
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon pepper

cayenne pepper sauce, blend well :
8 pieces cayenne pepper
1 tomato size medium
1/2 teaspoon shrimp paste, burn a few second, till smell the fragrant
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Direction :
- boiled the ribs with bay leaf and seasoning until it tender well, lift and drain
- coated the ribs with coating sauce
- grilled ribs while keep spreading the coating sauce.burn it until slightly dry and looks dark brown
- lift and place into serving dish
- saute the blend of cayenne pepper sauce for a minute, than place on sauce dish.
- serve the ribs immediately with coleslaw and cayenne pepper sauce

Chicken BBQ with Honey and Garlic







For who are avoiding fat, you can try this one. A chicken BBQ that marinated with honey and garlic Marinade.. totally will make your tongue want to dance while eating it. serve with vegetable salad will make this dish more tasty and healthy.

Ingredients :
8 pieces chicken breast @100 grams, without skin and bones
2 tablespoon cooking oil

Honey and Garlic Marinade, mix well :
60 ml honey
60 ml lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, smashed
2 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce

Direction :
- Marinate the chicken with Honey and Garlic Marinade, let it blend well. Then let it stand at least for 6 hours or over night  in refrigerator.
- When want to grill it, coat the chicken with cooking oil than grilled it, cooked well both side of chicken then lift
- Place chicken in serving dish
- Serve Immediately

Fried Chicken Steak with Spesial Tomato Sauce


This chicken steak coated with flour, make it really crispy and tasty..And the tomato sauce make the taste more special because it combined with cheese that gonna give you extra sensation.

Ingredients :
4 Pieces Chicken Fillet @100grams
1 clove garlic, grated
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Crust :
2 eggs white, shake to frothy
150 grams breadcrumbs
cooking oil

flour mix :
50 grams wheat flour
2 tablespoon rice flour
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt

tomato sauce :
1/2 tablespoon butter
20 grams onion, chopped finely
1 clove garlic, chopped finely
500 grams tomatoes, grated / blend
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoon permesan cheese, grated
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Direction :
- smashed chicken fillet to finely thin
- spread pepper, salt and garlic, knead it to blend
- coated chicken with flour mix
- dip it into white eggs, then coated again with bread crumbs
- let it stand for a few moment till slightly dry
- preheat the oil, then fry chicken to dry, lift and drain

tomato sauce
- saute garlic and onion till get the fragrant
- enter other sauce ingredient, cook over small fire until it thick, then lift

- place the chicken steak in serving dish, spread the sauce
- serve immadiately

Spicy Grilled MilkFish






A special taste from grilled milkfish cause it coated by a spicy soy sauce, and become more tasty when eat with a delicious Chili Mango Sauce. It will give you an extraordinary taste

Ingredient :
1 Milkfish (medium or super size)
2 cloves garlic, grated
2 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon salt

Spicy Sauce for coating (mix well) :
100 ml soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, grated
2 pieces red chili, blend
1 tablespoon lime juice

Chili Mango Sauce :
1 young mango fruit, peeled, roughly chopped
2 kaffir lime leaf
1 tomato, roughly chopped
Seasonings, Blend well :
5 red pepper
10 cayenne pepper
3 shallot
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Direction :
- Clean the fish entrails and the two side of the fish
- Slice the two of the fish
- Marinate the fish with garlic, lemon juice and salt. Let stand for 30 minutes
- Coated  the fish with spicy sauce

for the chili mango sauce :
- saute the seasonings

Pizza Sauce






After making the dough you need to prepare the sauce. there is many recipe of pizza sauce this recipe is one of them. but if you too lazy prepare it you can use tomato sauce or buy an instant pizza sauce

Ingredient :


- 1 clove garlic, mashed and minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- dash red pepper, optional

Direction :
Combine all ingredients. Makes about 1 1/2 cups, enough for 2 pizzas

note : if you do not really the pizza sauce you can replace it with tomato sauce or thousand island dressing or black pepper sauce, or any other sauce that you like even mayonaise.

Basic Pizza Dough







Everyone must love pizza, but not everyone can cook pizza..the differentiation between one pizza and other pizza is only the topping or maybe also the sauce, but for the dough mostly have same recipe this I'll give the recipe how to make pizza dough.

Ingredients :
350 grams flour
(use flour for bread because there is 3 kind of flour, flour for bread, for cake, for noodle/pasta)
175 ml water
10 ml extra virgin olive oil
5 grams instant yeast / dry yeast
4 grams salt

Direction : 
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the yeast on the warm water and stir to dissolve it. Set aside until the yeast starts forming bubbles in about 5 minutes.
- Sift the flour. Pour the flour into a large bowl or on a work surface. Mold the flour in a mound shape with a hole in the center.
- Pour the yeast mix in the center 
- Then the olive oil and salt 
- Using a spatula, draw the ingredients together
- Then mix with your hand to form a dough
- Sprinkle some flour on the work surface. Place the dough on the floured surface
Knead the dough briefly with your hands pushing and folding. Knead just long enough for the dough to take in a little more flour, and until it no longer sticks to your hands
- Transfer the dough into the bowl
- Cover the bowl with a kitchen cloth, and set the bowl aside for approximately 1½ – 2 hours until the dough doubles in volume. The time required for rising will depend on the strength of the yeast and the temperature of the room
- On a lightly floured work surface, cut the dough into three equal pieces
- On the work surface, using a rolling pin 
- and your hands, shape one piece of dough into a thin round layer. Make a pizza about 12 inches in 
diameter
