Anchovies Tofu Salad


Topped with fresh anchovies and tomatoes, tofu is soft and smooth will feel more tasty. Especially if it is exposed to a scented soy marinade ingredients. Let the spices submerged for some time before eaten more tasty.

Ingredients :
300 grams egg tofu, cut into pieces
2 pieces red tomatoes, chopped
3 stalks spring onion, take the white part, cut into 4 cm, cut into small pieces

1 tablespoon of  coriander leaves, chopped
50 grams dried anchovies, fried
 

Sauce, mix well :
100 ml Japanese soy sauce
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon of pepper
1 / 2 teaspoon of salt

Direction :

- Place the tofu on a serving plate. Arrange the tomatoes, scallions, coriander leaves and anchovies on top.
- Flush with sauce. Allow a few moments.
- Serve.
