Mustard Grilled Meat


If you feel bored with the common steak, so you must try this one. Mustard seeds gave a slightly different taste sensation. Especially when combined with a crunchy stir fry radish.

Ingredients :
300 grams of tenderloin meat, sliced crosswise 3/4 cm
150 grams radish, halved, cut into thin strips

Seasoning, mix well :
2 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 teaspoon black pepper grains, crush
2 cloves garlic, grated
3 cloves shallot, grated
2 tablespoon BBQ Sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt

Direction :
- pierce the surface of meat with fork
- stir the meat with spices until blended, Let stand for at least 30 minutes
- Heat a skillet, cook meat until meat marinade following stiff
- Lift meat, place on heat resistant dish. bake in the oven to 180 C for 15 minutes until it is tender then lift
- Heat the skillet that used to cook the meat, give 1 tablespoon cooking oil, enter the radish and cook until wilted, lift
- Place meat on serving dish with the radish
- serve immediately with vegetable salad
