Spicy Grilled MilkFish






A special taste from grilled milkfish cause it coated by a spicy soy sauce, and become more tasty when eat with a delicious Chili Mango Sauce. It will give you an extraordinary taste

Ingredient :
1 Milkfish (medium or super size)
2 cloves garlic, grated
2 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon salt

Spicy Sauce for coating (mix well) :
100 ml soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, grated
2 pieces red chili, blend
1 tablespoon lime juice

Chili Mango Sauce :
1 young mango fruit, peeled, roughly chopped
2 kaffir lime leaf
1 tomato, roughly chopped
Seasonings, Blend well :
5 red pepper
10 cayenne pepper
3 shallot
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Direction :
- Clean the fish entrails and the two side of the fish
- Slice the two of the fish
- Marinate the fish with garlic, lemon juice and salt. Let stand for 30 minutes
- Coated  the fish with spicy sauce
- Roasted in the embers of the fire while back and forth until cooked on both sides

for the chili mango sauce :

2 tablespoons cooking oil

50 grams mozzarella cheese

 Direction :
- Saute onion until half tender and enter eggplant saute until half tender too

Pizza Sauce






After making the dough you need to prepare the sauce. there is many recipe of pizza sauce this recipe is one of them. but if you too lazy prepare it you can use tomato sauce or buy an instant pizza sauce

Ingredient :


- 1 clove garlic, mashed and minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- dash red pepper, optional

Direction :
Combine all ingredients. Makes about 1 1/2 cups, enough for 2 pizzas

note : if you do not really the pizza sauce you can replace it with tomato sauce or thousand island dressing or black pepper sauce, or any other sauce that you like even mayonaise.

Basic Pizza Dough







Everyone must love pizza, but not everyone can cook pizza..the differentiation between one pizza and other pizza is only the topping or maybe also the sauce, but for the dough mostly have same recipe this I'll give the recipe how to make pizza dough.

Ingredients :
350 grams flour
(use flour for bread because there is 3 kind of flour, flour for bread, for cake, for noodle/pasta)
175 ml water
10 ml extra virgin olive oil
5 grams instant yeast / dry yeast
4 grams salt

Direction : 
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the yeast on the warm water and stir to dissolve it. Set aside until the yeast starts forming bubbles in about 5 minutes.
- Sift the flour. Pour the flour into a large bowl or on a work surface. Mold the flour in a mound shape with a hole in the center.
- Pour the yeast mix in the center 
- Then the olive oil and salt 
- Using a spatula, draw the ingredients together
- Then mix with your hand to form a dough
- Sprinkle some flour on the work surface. Place the dough on the floured surface
Knead the dough briefly with your hands pushing and folding. Knead just long enough for the dough to take in a little more flour, and until it no longer sticks to your hands
- Transfer the dough into the bowl
- Cover the bowl with a kitchen cloth, and set the bowl aside for approximately 1½ – 2 hours until the dough doubles in volume. The time required for rising will depend on the strength of the yeast and the temperature of the room
- On a lightly floured work surface, cut the dough into three equal pieces
- On the work surface, using a rolling pin 
- and your hands, shape one piece of dough into a thin round layer. Make a pizza about 12 inches in 
diameter

Anchovies Tofu Salad
