Fried Tofu Salad






Tofu is also delicious made ​​into a salad. For those who have cholesterol problems and high blood pressure, it is suitable to consume this dish.

Ingredients :
1 piece of egg tofu, cut into pieces
50 grams cornstarch
Cooking oil
200 grams of different leaf lettuce, washed, drained
50 grams watercress leaves

Sauce (mix well):
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
150 ml Japanese soy sauce
2 teaspoons of onion, grated
1 teaspoon of garlic, grated
1 / 2 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 teaspooon of sugar

Direction :

- Cover the tofu with cornstarch blended.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove, drain and chill.
- Put the tofu on a serving dish, put lettuce and watercress leaves.
- Pour the sauce, stirring until blended. Set aside some time to sink.
- Serve immediately.
