Oriental Potato Salad






This potato salad is a bit different from the Germany-style potato salad. The sauce made of by mayonnaise that given a little touch of soy sauce. It taste savory, soft and healthy especially after stirring for a while

Ingredients:
750 grams potatoes, peeled, cut into pieces, steamed
2 teaspon of lemon juice
1 / 2 teaspon of pepper powder
100 grams of carrots, diced 1 cm,
75 grams green asparagus, boiled, cut into oblique,
1 tablespoon peas



Sauce (mix well):
100 ml mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of soy sauce Japan
1 / 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 / 4 teaspoon of mustard seed, crushed
1 / 2 teaspoon of pepper powder
1 / 2 teaspoon of salt


Direction :
- While potatoes are still hot, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with pepper and stir well.
- Mix the potatoes with other salad ingredients.
- Pour the sauce, stirring until blended. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately
